What are loyalty bonuses that are given to employees? Please give me examples?

It could mean the length of time you’ve been with an employer. People who have been with an employer for a length of time are considered loyal and do often receive bonuses. Or it could be that they’ve excelled at their job and may have received awards or have added to the profitability of the company.
